Once you decide to place an offer, I will help you negotiate the best deal on price, terms, and conditions for your benefit. If we come to an agreement with the seller of the property, I will help you navigate the process of funding, inspections, deposits, lawyers, to the point where you close on the property and get the keys. My goal is to help you through the process so you are happy with your purchase and would use me again in the future or even recommend me to someone else.
