I’m a born and raised Calgarian (4th generation) with a passion for Real Estate. I’ve spent 18 years negotiating deals and more than anything enjoy working hard to get the BEST deal. Speaking from experieince, that’s all anyone ever remembers is if they got a good deal or not.

I’m also an Investor and Property Manager and understand real estate from the view point of an investment (whether it’s a primary residence or rental investment). I enjoy focusing on the math (value for price, return) and will offer solid advice to clients based on the numbers. My passion for Real Estate started at a young age when my mother was managing properties for my grandfather. I guess you could say it runs in the family.

I bought my first rental property and renovated the property myself (at least 80% of it) and it turns out I enjoyed it (mostly the return on the investment. When I decided to fully launch into Real Estate, I knew I could offer clients the passion needed to find the right properties for the right price and help them enjoy the process. And now my partner, Lindsay is by my side in life and work as we help clients everyday achieve their dreams.

Looking to buy a new home or an investment property? The process can be challenging and even overwhelming for many. I work with buyers closely to make sure we find what you want early in the process. I work with both investors as well as people looking for their primary residence, including first time home buyers. Once we identify the criteria (budget, location, style, amenities, etc), we will start viewing properties that match your criteria. As we go through this initial vetting process, I help you with the research you need to do (title, land use, restrictions, etc) to help you be informed before placing an offer. Once you decide to place an offer, I will help you negotiate the best deal on price, terms, and conditions for your benefit. If we come to an agreement with the seller of the property, I will help you navigate the process of funding, inspections, deposits, lawyers, to the point where you close on the property and get the keys. My goal is to help you through the process so you are happy with your purchase and would use me again in the future or even recommend me to someone else.


Whether you are an investor, developer or this home is your primary residence, I will help you navigate the selling process. Initially we would discuss a strategy to list your property. This would include determining value, timing of when to list, and how best to market the property. We will determine the ideal price point for your property to get you the best deal. My marketing team will create both digital and print materials to best showcase your property to interested buyers. I think it best to create some buzz around the property before listing and ensure it is highly visible once listed to attract as many potential buyers as possible. We don’t just list your property, we market the property. Once we have offers, we will work through the negotiation process to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions that align with your expectations. When we end up with a contract, I will walk you the process of collecting the deposit, lawyers, and working to remove any conditions to the sale. My goal is that when you hand over the keys to the buyer, you are satisfied with the value you received from the sale and the process was as easy as possible.
